Keep the dream
alive and support a vibrant, growing arts organization. The King
Arts Complex offers many opportunities to support worthwhile activities
hosted by the facility throughout the year. From program support
and sponsorship to facilities improvements and permanent interactive
learning stations, sponsorship opportunities can be relatively low-cost.
The King Arts
Complex expresses appreciation for the contributions made by our
sponsors through recognition of their gifts. All support and sponsorship
from individuals in excess of $500, and corporate/foundation support
in excess of $2,500, are recognized with a plaque on the annual
Contributing Supporters' donor board in the King Arts Complex Lobby.
Significant investment opportunities offer commensurate recognition
such as naming rights, plaques, etc.
Listed are a
few examples of sponsorship opportunities. Should you have any sponsorship
interests other than what is listed below, please contact the King
Arts Complex.
Education
Program Support and Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Children's
Theatre Series (this has been a sold out event in previous seasons)
- Winter and/or
Spring Arts Academies' full-day arts programming for children
ages 5-12
- T-Shirts for
summer camp (display your name/logo)
- Underwrite
a field trip for youth program participants
- Interactive
learning station (name recognition opportunities available)
- Ten-week,
multidisciplinary arts summer camp for children ages 4-12 (a popular
and growing annual event)
Performing
Arts Support and Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Sponsor a
performance of your choice from our current or next season's calendar
- Block of tickets
and host a reception for your participants
- Join Columbus
State Community College in sponsoring the annual Jazz Heritage
Festival Series
- Sponsor a
one week artist's residency at the Complex
Visual and
Cultural Arts Support and Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Sponsor an exhibition from our current
or next season's calendar
- Sponsor the printing of a catalog
and/or educational study guide for an exhibition
- Sponsor an exhibition and/or artist's
reception (your name will be prominently displayed in the Elijah
Pierce Gallery during the exhibition)
- Sponsor/underwrite a one-week artist's
residency at the Complex
Facilities/Renovation
Support and Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Donate towards a moveable curtain
for the multipurpose auditorium
- Help us fully meet the Americans
with Disabilities Act requirements for automated doors, ramps,
and rails
- Sponsor way-finding/signage
- Other ongoing projects
